Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will assist in general office administration, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and route phone calls to appropriate parties
Perform general office administrative duties including typing minutes of meeting, photocopying, scanning, printing, and preparing correspondence (memos, letters, faxes, and forms)
Maintain and update company vehicle records, ensuring timely renewal of Roadtax, Insurance, PUSPAKOM, and JKKP
Ensure company licenses, certificates, and vendor documentation are up to date and renewed at least 2 months before expiry
Assist in ISO documentation and compliance records
Maintain proper filing systems for Admin, Project, and Technical departments
Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and arrange repairs or replacements when needed
Manage office stationery records (in/out) and ensure proper stock control
Procure and replenish office stationery and pantry items within allocated budget
Support overall administrative and office support functions
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to follow instructions accurately
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
