-Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

- Welcome Fresh Graduate /1–3 years of working experience 

- Knowledge in pre- & post-contract works

- Familiar with tendering, BQ, claims, and cost control

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g. Cubi cost)

- Able to read construction drawings

- Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

Responsible for managing all financial and contractual aspects of Civil/Building projects from inception to completion. They ensure projects stay within budget, handling cost planning, procurement, and measurement of materials (taking-off)

Key Responsibilities & Roles

• Cost Management: Preparing initial cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans to manage budgets throughout the project.
• Measurement & Tendering: Measuring construction drawings ("taking-off") to prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and managing the tender process.
• Contract Administration: Preparing contract documents, negotiating with contractors, and managing project contracts.
• Progress Monitoring: Tracking on-site progress, identifying potential cost variations, and assessing progress claims for payment.
