JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Supervisor – Institutional Programs & Operations is responsible for supporting the management and execution of institutional programs, project coordination, and operational processes.
This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth coordination with internal teams, and timely submission of claims, reports, and operational deliverables. The Senior Supervisor will also assist the Manager in monitoring program progress and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Coordination
- Assist in managing institutional programs and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including operations, finance, supply chain, and retail branches.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects and timely completion of deliverables.
2. Documentation & Claims Management
- Prepare and manage documentation for invoices, claims submissions, and payment tracking.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate and submitted within required timelines.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and records.
3. Operational Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and operational performance.
- Track claims, payments, and operational milestones.
- Report issues or delays to the Manager for corrective action.
4. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare operational reports and data summaries.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in compiling reports for management review.
5. Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure operational processes follow company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in internal audits and compliance checks.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation for audits, management reviews, and internal records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years working experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or institutional programs.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting systems, and documentation management.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
