Supporting on global projects on tool quality management in the center on day-to-day basis while providing initiatives on value added solutions to the service line.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist in analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics to evaluate the impact of recent changes or enhancements.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to support decision-making.
Collaborate with finance teams to gather feedback and validate data accuracy.
Provide system support, including issue logging, user testing, and documentation of enhancements or fixes.
Maintain and update operational documentation, such as process guides, SOPs, and change logs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digitalization efforts.
Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, action tracking, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Open to Finance / Accounting / Business Administration university degree students seeking an internship placement for 6 months:
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). But also, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, French or any other language is an advantage.
Proof of Internship Placement from your University.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Advantage of gaining on the job training with real operational experience.
