JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for issuance of Delivery Order (DO), invoice or Transfer Note upon receipt of warehouse packing order. Checking and keying in the consignment sales reports to update the branches' or consignment counters' stock balance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure correctly keyed-in Delivery Order (DO) and Transfer Note documents.
- Issuing of Transfer Note (BCREL) from one consignment counter to another.
- Check Promoter Reports and update the branches' and consignment counters' stock balance.
- Upkeep and maintenance of an efficient filing system.
- Confirmation of accurate counter stock items and quantity through verification with promoter(s) or supervisor.
- Any other duty as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma or higher in Business Administration or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience preferred. However, energetic and driven fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. MUST be meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Good planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Good attendance track record is a MUST.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
