Position: Business Analyst

Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract based on performance

Location: Tower 5 @ PFCC, Jalan Puteri, Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify organizational needs, and help design effective business and technology solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather, document, and synthesize business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business solutions and future-state processes
• Support business process management and functional analysis activities
• Contribute to problem-solving and team discussions independently

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, or related functions
• Intermediate proficiency in Facilitation and Business Requirements Gathering
• Exposure to FMCG/CGS industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Functional Analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams
