Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Puchong for a Business Support professional. The role involves providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The individual will handle financial tasks, engage in customer service relations, and analyze business data for optimizing workflows and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues
• Possess a good command and written skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic understanding or experience in Finance-related tasks and processes
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organization, and general office management
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the financial or trading sector is a plus
• Candidate must be Malaysian citizen
