About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting our software products and assisting clients with technical issues related to accounting, payroll, and POS systems


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues 
• Provide online technical support to customer via email, phone, WhatsApp. 
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customer and internal staff. 
• Support the IT team with daily tasks and projects
• Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software
• Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
• Maintain accurate support logs and documentation
• Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance
