About the Role

Responsible on lab test equipment maintenance and internal verification/external calibration.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible on the Laboratory and Quality Management System and Product Safety Management System.
• Initiate development, modification, verification and validation of laboratory testing method.
• Implement effective new product development and quality control to meet market demand.
• Involve and support product quality improvement project, investigate complaint and follow up the countermeasure.
• Support customer service on product quality and product safety information.
• Provide training to Lab personnel to enhance job performance.
• ISO documentation and control.
• Production upkeep and control.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in a relevant field preferably in chemistry or a related science.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in quality control and manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment reliability theory and definition of best practice.
• Ability to translate product quality and experience into practical application to improve and interpret testing result.
• Understanding of and experience in continuous improvement principles.
• Good understanding of Laboratory and Quality Management System.
• Computer literate and initiates in 6S activities.
• Willing to work in Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
