Team Management & Operations
- Lead and oversee operational teams, ensuring strong performance, due diligence, and seamless program integration.
- Implement effective structures and SOPs to support efficient delivery and talent development.
- Manage workforce planning, training, retention, and clear two-way communication across programs and projects.
Government Affairs for Esports Development
- Serve as the primary executive liaison between Kementerian Belia Sukan (KBS) agencies and esports industry stakeholders, coordinating communication and strategic reporting.
- Lead and coordinate Mesyuarat Penyelarasan Program Esukan (MPPE) and other government meetings, ensuring timely report submissions and cross-departmental data consolidation.
- Support KBS esports initiatives with technical and operational coordination, working closely with the CEO’s Office and key corporate divisions.
Esports Development Programs
- Leading the operations of the national esports development blueprint based on Pelan Strategik Pembangunan Sukan Elektronik KBS.
- Directing the execution of non-profit development programs designed to develop the grassroots esports ecosystem and social impact.
Commercial Growth
- Drive and implement strategies to ensure Esports Integrated delivers strong ROI, meets revenue targets, and achieves sustained profitability for Impact Integrated.
- Oversee program budgets and commercial performance, guiding sponsorships, event monetization, resource allocation, and external revenue generation.
Business Model Innovation
- Lead the development of new business models, products, and services to secure ESI’s long-term financial sustainability and monetize its intellectual property and assets.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Strategy teams to identify market gaps, conduct needs assessments, and expand initiatives through innovative commercial opportunities.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and expand strategic partnerships with game publishers, IP owners, MESF, and key local and international esports stakeholders, driving collaboration and new initiatives.
- Conduct research and due diligence to ensure strong brand alignment and identify high-value partnership opportunities.
- Manage high-level engagements and serve as the primary contact for new partnership proposals and strategic discussions.
Brand, Marketing & Group Stewardship
- Lead ESI’s marketing and PR across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Group priorities, managing media spend, and overseeing executive communications.
- Maintain brand consistency and strengthen ESI’s market positioning.
- Collaborate across departments to support Group-wide operations and strategic objectives, ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards, and work closely with the Strategy team to enhance efficiency and address operational gaps.
