  • Comfortable with Excel and basic computer work.
  • Responsible and eager to learn.
  • Able to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately.

岗位职责

  • Update maintenance records.
  • Assist with records for operation purchase records.
  • Help prepare monthly operation usage and billing records.
  • Support SOP creation, implementation and & record SOP updates.
  • Organize admin inventory and IT disposal records.
  • Verify and update identify & access management.
  • Assist with general admin and operations tasks.
