Who We're Looking For
- Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or Psychology
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Willing to learn and take initiative (important!)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

What You'll Be Doing
People & HR Exposure:
- Assist in recruitment (posting jobs, screening candidates, arranging interviews)
- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and staff coordination
Accounts & Business Operations:
- Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
- Organize financial documents and support reporting
Real Project Experience (Not Just Admin Work!):
- Work on SOP creation and process documentation
- Assist in company policy updates and improvements
- Participate in internal projects (e.g., workflow improvement, employee engagement ideas)
What You'll Gain
