About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Project Support Officer to support the successful delivery of IT projects through effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across project milestones, client expectations, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Coordination & Follow-Up:

• Track IT project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Excel.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.

2.Stakeholder & Client Communication:

• Facilitate discussions between IT teams and clients to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and align expectations.
• Document meeting outcomes, action items, and decisions for follow-up.

3.Corporate Communications:

• Develop presentations for internal and external audiences (e.g., project demos, executive briefings).

4.Technical Liaison:

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and vice versa.
• Ensure non-technical stakeholders understand IT processes and project impacts.

5.Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in communication or project workflows and propose solutions.
• Support Agile/Waterfall methodologies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Business, IT or related field.

2.Experience:

• 1+ years in IT project coordination, business analysis, or PR/communications (IT industry preferred).

3.Soft Skills:

• Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (technical teams, clients, executives).
• Proactive follow-up and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
