What You'll Be Doing

As our E-Commerce Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to the exciting world of online retail while working alongside our experienced e-commerce team.

1.Customer Management

Handle customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive customer experience.

2.Product & Marketplace Management

Manage product listings, content, assets and pricing across online platforms, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

3.Inventory & Promotion Coordination

Support inventory allocation, replenishment and transfer, while coordinating with relevant teams on promotions and stock planning.

4.E-Commerce Operations

Support day-to-day marketplace operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online order fulfilment.

5.Logistics & Order Fulfilment

Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

6.Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Support KOL/influencer engagement and affiliate programmes to enhance brand awareness and online growth.

7.Reporting & Ad Hoc Support

Assist with regular performance reporting and other projects as assigned by the superior.
