Job Description

• Responsible in Day-To-Day sales processes activities to support sales team and others related department (eg: Warehouse & logistic team) to ensure the operations process run smoothly and delivery to customer on time.
• Efficiency of monitoring, tracking progress and well communicate of internal & external messages from customers (especially WhatsApp & Emails) then providing regular updates to related department, to ensure sufficient stock and good service to customers.
• Routine shift working on air flown day (two days per week), you may assign report to work at 3am-12pm to do packing list and support warehouse on repacking activities.
• To assist and backup Sales Team.
• Work closely with Team Lead on backup, team improvement and development.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• To perform other task as when required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR possess equivalent knowledge and qualifications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Min 2-3 years’ experience in the food industry will be added advantage.
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (with Japanese is added advantage)
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Ms Excel is MUST
• A good team player, with high integrity, positive mindset with right attitude
• Able to work independently, be responsibility, cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment
• Fast learner, creative and willing to explore ideas and act on it.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
