Role Overview

Provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services to the Non-Executive Director. This role also includes authorized personal and family support, as well as occasional company logistics. It is a trusted, hybrid support position requiring discretion, flexibility, and strong time management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Director Transportation

• Chauffeur the Director to meetings, office, events, and appointments
• Ensure punctuality through effective route planning and traffic awareness
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all movements and schedules
• Remain on standby during working hours as required

2. Personal & Family Support

• Transport immediate family members as directed
• Assist with authorized errands (collections, drop-offs, purchases)
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

3. Company Logistics

• Provide driving or logistical support for company-related matters only when required on an ad-hoc or urgent basis, (may include time-sensitive errands, document handling, or operational support during peak or emergency situations).

4. Vehicle Management & Compliance

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely servicing, fuel, and tyre checks
• Keep accurate mileage logs and manage toll, parking, and expense records
• Ensure valid driving license, road tax, and insurance at all times

Working Arrangement

• Standard working hours with flexibility based on the Director’s schedule
• Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays may be required
• Overtime and claims subject to company policy
• Personal/family tasks must receive prior authorization from the Director

Key Attributes

• Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional
• Punctual, responsive, and self-motivated
• Strong familiarity with Klang Valley routes and traffic conditions
• Good interpersonal skills when dealing with the Director, family, and staff

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
