Role Description

This full-time Support & Telecom Engineer role is based on-site in Petaling Jaya. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities, including providing technical support to resolve issues, troubleshooting, maintaining telecommunications systems, and designing network solutions.

Qualifications

• Certification in relevant telecom technologies
• Experience working with various telecom solutions
• Experience with network security best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies
• Experience with software-defined networks (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally in Malaysia and abroad when needed
• Support 24/7 when required
• Valid Passport and Driving License required
