Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters

Handle full recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and staff placement

Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation

Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments

Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related matters for foreign workers

Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements

Support performance appraisals, training, and employee development initiatives

Work closely with management and project/site teams to identify and coordinate manpower requirements

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures

Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related support and advice to management

Perform other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and work pass matters

Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
