Role Description This internship role is based on-site in Seremban and offers hands-on experience in a professional training environment. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting the preparation and coordination of training programs, assisting with documentation and administrative work, and helping maintain training materials and databases. The intern may also assist in communicating with participants, collecting feedback, and preparing basic reports related to training activities. This role is designed to help interns gain insight into consultancy and training operations while developing practical workplace skills.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in training, education, or consultancy and willingness to learn about HRD Corp-related processes
• Basic skills in communication, organization, and time management to handle daily tasks and support training activities
• Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
• Ability to work on-site in Seremban, collaborate with diverse teams, and interact professionally with clients and participants
• Currently studying or recently graduated from a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., business, education, HR, or related fields)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and openness to feedback and guidance from supervisors and colleagues
