About the role

SYNERLITZ is seeking a talented Protege (Fresh Graduate) to join our dynamic team in Taman Melawati Selangor. As a Protege, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction management industry and contribute to the success of our growing organisation. This is a contract-based position, offering the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Protege Placement Departments: -

• Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

• Surveyor

• HSE / QAQC

• Procurement

• Finance & Account

• Human Resource & Admin

Responsibility: -

1. Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects (including energy sector)

2. Participating in site inspections and monitoring project progress

3. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

4. Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes

5. Developing project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules

6. Collaborating with the construction management team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirement: -

• Malaysian Citizen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of work experience

• Available to start in September / October
