Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct Live Sessions: Host scheduled live streaming broadcasts (primarily on platforms like TikTok) directly from the retail outlet or studio space.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watches and accessories
• Explain features, materials, craftsmanship, and brand history of products
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Upsell complementary products such as straps, care kits, and warranties

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of watch brands, collections, and trends
• Provide accurate information about quartz, automatic, and mechanical watches
• Demonstrate proper handling and care of watches

Store Operations

• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts
• Follow store policies regarding security and loss prevention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
