What you’ll be doing:

1. HR Support

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, sending application emails, and maintaining employee records
• Assist hiring managers through interviews by note-taking and potentially running interviews for intern candidates!
• Working primarily with our HR Manager

2. Office Administration

• Support management of day-to-day office operations, including organizing files, handling internal correspondence
• Assist with coordinating events and meetings, ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of office needs, supplies, and equipment

3. Team Experience

• Assist with team care practices such as getting them sick food, buying cakes for their birthdays, and gifts for work anniversaries and more!

4. Social Media Marketing

• Record daily team activities and work closely with Marketing/Creative Team on crafting and delivering social media content for the company’s TikTok and Instagram accounts
