Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing for HSE team
- Administrative support for various safety master reports and records.
- Ensure proper documentation and revision control of the documents.
- Conduct safety induction training to internal staff, external stakeholders, and workers.
- Solve any safety administration issues.
- Coordinate for inspections and audits when need.
- Developing safety meeting topics
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Ensuring safety procedures are up to regulatory standards
- Assist WSHO in drafting SOPs to meet the HSE Management System requirements
- Assist WSHO to act as Deputy Secretary to write down minutes in HSE Committee meeting.
- Assist WSHO in Incident investigation and the subsequent follow-up actions.
- Support WSHO in corporate, internal and external Audits i.e. in handling Audit logistics.
- Assist in the compilation of monthly reports and submissions
- Ensure HSE Management filing system is maintained and up to date
- Assist in license renewal
- Ensure the facilities services is being carried out eg: Fire Alarm Maintenance & Pest Maintenance.
- Receive HSE Audit reports and follow up with the closeout of audit action items.
- Assist HSE Department in Environmental Management.
- Adhoc duties assign by WSHO, WSHC and Management.
- Assist in ISO and Bizsafe audit
- Regular site inspections
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
- Registered with JKKP (DOSH)
- Must possess a Safety & Health Supervisor-related certificate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with people at all levels and at the same time work well in a team
- Willing to travel to Singapore

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:
