The Finance Intern will provide hands-on support to the Finance team across accounting operations, reporting and selected business projects. The intern will assist with compiling information, maintaining project trackers, preparing accounting schedules and organising supporting documents. This is a learning-focused role performed under close guidance and supervision, with emphasis on accuracy, completeness and strong documentation discipline.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support Finance Projects: Compile and organise financial, operational and supporting information required for assigned projects.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Update project and Finance trackers and perform basic checks to ensure information is complete and consistent.
• Assist with Accounting and Reconciliations: Support the preparation of accounting schedules and basic bank, payment, asset, AP and AR reconciliations under supervision.
• Support Payments and Reporting: Compile payment documents and assist with schedules required for month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain Documentation Standards: Organise invoices, agreements, bank records and payment evidence using proper filing, naming and version-control practices.
• Track Deliverables: Monitor outstanding documents and project deadlines and follow up with relevant internal stakeholders based on instructions.
  
  

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling structured and repetitive tasks.
• Organised and able to maintain accurate trackers and supporting records.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and escalate missing or inconsistent information promptly.
• Responsible when handling confidential financial and commercial information.
