Job Description

Responsible for developing and maintaining the Master Schedule, managing demand requirements, and ensuring effective material planning to support business and operational needs. The role drives consistent demand planning processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to optimize material coverage and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Schedule based on demand and business requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze demand to ensure alignment with planning guidelines.
• Monitor demand, material coverage, and key planning indicators.
• Identify demand gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive appropriate actions.
• Manage component requirements and assess material implications.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain planning reports and data analysis using Excel.
• Support implementation and training of new planning processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and material issues.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and IF functions.
• Good understanding of demand planning, material requirements, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
