• Daily Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs of the entire mall (restrooms, corridors, food courts, and entrances) to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Schedules & Rosters: Oversee shift scheduling for housekeeping supervisors and cleaning crew to ensure 24/7 or full-operating-hours coverage.
• Deep Cleaning Plans: Coordinate periodic deep-cleaning tasks for high-traffic zones, exterior facades, glass panels, and parking structures.
• Staff Leadership & Training
• Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and evaluate in-house cleaning personnel or outsourced agency workers.
• Foreign Cleaner Management: Supervise and manage foreign cleaning staff, including attendance, work allocation, discipline, communication, performance, welfare, and compliance with site requirements.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Able to manage a large cleaning workforce effectively in a fast-paced mall environment, handle urgent operational issues, customer complaints, manpower shortages, and emergency cleaning requirements while maintaining service standards.
• Supplier Coordination: Procure and manage contracts with cleaning material suppliers.
• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels for cleaning chemicals, consumables (tissue, soap dispensers), and machinery.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
