Who We Are?

Dua Ains Cake Batik is a growing dessert brand located in Shah Alam, specializing in premium homemade cake batik and desserts. We are committed to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction while creating a positive and supportive working environment for our team. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Operation Crew to support our daily business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily business and outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer orders through walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media, and other sales channels.
• Assist with order processing, checking, packing, labelling, and preparing products for collection or delivery.
• Coordinate customer orders and ensure products are prepared according to the correct quantity, specifications, and delivery schedule.
• Assist in managing daily stock, including checking, arranging, and replenishing packaging materials and operational supplies.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stock requirements to the supervisor or management.
• Ensure the operation area, counter, storage area, and working space are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist in coordinating delivery orders with riders, couriers, or delivery partners when required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and respond to basic customer enquiries.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with daily sales records, order records, stock records, and other operational documentation.
• Support promotional activities, events, campaigns, and company activities when required.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed and handed over according to schedule.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, customer service, bakery, dessert, or operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling customer orders and product quantities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, moving, and handling operational tasks for extended periods.
