Position Overview

We are looking for a curious, creative, and proactive Marketing Intern to join Elevete Patisserie for a 3–6 month internship.

You will gain hands-on experience in Social Media & Content, Performance Marketing, and Customer Retention, while supporting real marketing campaigns and learning how digital marketing drives business growth.

This role is ideal for a university student or recent graduate who wants practical experience in a fast-paced, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content – 60%

• Assist with content creation, captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads and LinkedIn.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Research trends and competitor content.
• Assist with Reels, Stories, Carousels and other content formats.
• Track social media performance and prepare simple reports.
• Suggest new content ideas based on audience and performance insights.

2. Performance Marketing – 25%

• Assist in monitoring Meta, Google and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
• Assist with campaign analysis and A/B testing.
• Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
• Support preparation of weekly campaign performance reports.

3. Customer Retention – 15%

• Assist with email marketing campaigns and scheduling.
• Monitor email performance such as open rate, CTR and conversions.
• Support loyalty programme activities and customer communications.
• Assist with basic customer segmentation and retention analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree or recently graduated.
• Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• No prior marketing experience required – genuine interest and willingness to learn are more important.
• Active and comfortable using Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Based in Klang Valley.

Good to Have

• Canva or basic graphic design skills.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads or GA4.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce.
• Interest in the food, bakery or lifestyle industry.
