Job Description
- Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements by identifying user needs and translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct solution research, conceptualization, and R&D by leveraging industry best practices to improve business performance, productivity, and system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions with internal teams, customers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, provide timely status updates, maintain project documentation, and coordinate testing activities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to define solution scope, business requirements, and user requirements.
- Support solution implementation and ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to products, processes, and delivery practices.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, and resource planning initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, customers, development teams, and other project stakeholders throughout the implementation.
- Perform business process analysis and contribute to solution design and enterprise system implementation.
- Support the development and implementation of solutions based on business and system requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by the immediate superior.
- Lead resource planning, stakeholder management, and team development activities.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Provide guidance on solution design, implementation, and project delivery.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, solution design, and enterprise system implementation will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about continuous learning and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Willing to travel and accept overseas assignments where required.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements are encouraged to apply.
- For Business Analysts, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or software implementation will have an added advantage.
- For Business Consultants, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise software implementation, business consulting, or a similar role is required.
