Job Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Strong ability to gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements.
Familiarity with business process analysis, solution design, and enterprise system implementation will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
