Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cafe Crew. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily café operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and workstations.
• Refill stocks and ensure ingredients and supplies are well maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
