We are looking for a motivated and organised intern to support our Sales team with sales administration, telemarketing, customer follow-ups and lead generation. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in sales and customer management.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare quotations, sales documents and reports.
Update customer and sales information in the system.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up with customers on enquiries and quotations.
Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads.
Arrange appointments and follow up with sales leads.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making phone calls to customers.
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Spreadsheet, etc).
Positive attitude, organised and willing to learn.
