We are expanding our BD teams and looking for BDEs who can bring immediate business opportunities, industry contacts and project leads. Candidates should have strong networks and project-based sales experience in at least 1 of our target industries:

Open races & genders

Mandatory – At least one of the following:

1. Data Center-related projects

2. O&G projects

3. Major Construction companies in Malaysia

4. M&E contractors

5. Palm Oil industry

6.. minimum 3 years’ experience in end-user development and sales

7. Outdoor power equipment (OPE) -

8. Professional cleaning equipment -

Experience Required:

* Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development

* Proven project-based selling experience

* Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, project owners or industrial end users

* Strong hunting and new business development skills

* Proven track record in securing new customers/projects

Please Screen Candidates On:

* Current industries and key customers handled

* Experience dealing with project/procurement/facility managers or other key decision-makers

* Major projects or accounts secured

* Proven network and ability to access key customers/decision-makers in Data Center, PETRONAS, Construction, M&E or Palm Oil sectors

* Types of projects or business opportunities they could potentially develop

Not Preferred: FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Retail, Real Estate or general retail sales, unless the candidate has strong connections in our target industries.

Ideal candidate: Someone who already has the right industry network and can convert those relationships into business opportunities and project sales, rather than simply having general BD experience.
