We’re looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to help grow our business in Malaysia and across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business opportunities across industries and markets
• Build strong relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers
• Develop proposals and pitch decks with our Strategy & Creative teams
• Lead pitches, presentations, and commercial negotiations
• Manage leads, pipelines, follow-ups, and sales targets
• Spot market trends and turn them into new opportunities
• Ensure a smooth handover from winning the pitch to project kick-off

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in business development, client servicing, partnerships, or related roles
• Agency experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Confident presenter with solid pitch deck skills
• Commercially sharp, proactive, and comfortable with targets
• Able to juggle multiple opportunities with speed and accountability
• A team player with ambition, curiosity, and a hunger to grow
