We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. If you’re strong in financial operations, enjoy improving processes, and have the leadership skills to support a growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Manage internal controls and coordinate external audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes.
• Support ERP systems and digital reporting improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Work closely with other departments and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and operations.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or senior executive experience.
• ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or AutoCount.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and e-invoicing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
• A proactive leader who is open to change and passionate about developing people.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
