Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Admin (Sales & Purchasing) to support our sales and purchasing team. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, manage documentation, and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth business operations.

This role will support the buying and selling process of motorcycles, ensuring all records are updated and transactions are completed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating records, and managing documents.
• Support the Purchasing team in managing motorcycle purchase processes and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase documents such as agreements, invoices, and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Sales) to ensure smooth processes.
• Update and maintain system records, including motorcycle status and transaction details.
• Support the sales team in smooth documentation, loan processing, insurance renewal, and vehicle delivery, while maintaining accurate records and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer and seller-related inquiries when required.
• Monitor documentation progress and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support daily reporting and administrative activities.
• Ensure all processes follow company procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in Admin, Sales Admin, Purchasing Admin, or related roles.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling documents, reports, and data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or related industries is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
