1. Logistics Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

- As a planner, controller and coordinator of Logistics for Import and Export.

- Proactively analysis and provide countermeasure on complaint raise by customer and issue on logistics.

- Provide sailing schedule by weekly.

- Assist Manager to manage and prepare for job report, logistic estimation, container forecast, billing, etc

- To communicate with external parties (haulier, customer, etc) and internal parties (HQ, Forwarding, Agents)

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

- Preferred at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

- Able to handle stress and pressure.

- Able to engage critical thinking and problem solving technique.

- Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.

- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Based in Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang

Working Hours : 0830 - 1700 (Mon-Fri), ************* (Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
