Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Asset Performance Planning in consolidation and analysis of operational KPIs across Solar, Wind, Water, Thermal and BESS portfolios.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, SLC materials, SGX reporting and annual budgeting exercises.
• Support digitalisation initiatives including NetZeroOS, AI-enabled reporting, dashboard development and data quality validation.
• Participate in process improvement, automation and knowledge management initiatives across the Asset Performance function.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Business Analytics, Data Science & Analytics, Information Systems , Computer Science, Industrial & System Engineering, Engineering Systems & Design, Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas and charting).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query or data visualization tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation development and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, AI tools, automation platforms (e.g. Copilot, Power Automate) is advantageous.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in the energy, utilities, sustainability, data analytics or digital transformation sectors is preferred.
