Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, administrative support, or similar role in professional services or agencies.
• Secondary education required, diploma or certificate in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams is an advantage and will help you hit the ground running.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment with varied daily tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to manage shared calendars.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic report writing for client or sales tracking.
• Strong administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and expense handling.
• Clear phone and email communication for handling enquiries and coordinating vendors.
• Bonus points if you know video editing / have social media sense, or can help take videos on the go

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised and detail minded, with the ability to prioritise tasks under shifting deadlines.
• Calm and professional in client-facing situations, with good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive coordinator who asks the right questions and follows through on tasks.
