Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd is a growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Admin Assistant to support our Office Administration team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Manage office supplies, documents, filing and courier arrangements.
• Assist in maintaining office facilities, pantry, canteen, surau, lockers and changing rooms.
• Support staff uniform and workwear administration.
• Assist with visitor registration, meetings, events and catering arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Support parking, transportation and other staff facility arrangements.
• Coordinate and monitor cleaning and facility service providers.
• Maintain administrative records, checklists and inventory.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administration, facilities support, office management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with administrative processes in production or factory settings is an added advantages
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and structured environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
