Working Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Off

Requirements

• Malaysian candidates
• Strong Traditional Mandarin and good English communication
• Customer Service / Call Centre experience preferred
• Taiwan-market voice CS experience highly preferred
• Experience supporting Taiwanese customers is an advantage
• Familiarity with Taiwanese culture and customer expectations is preferred
• Able to join by 15 Oct 2026
