At PopoMama, we’re on a mission to improve women’s health through evidence-based nutrition and structured cycle care. Our products are available through leading pharmacies, retailers and e-commerce channels.

As we expand across Malaysia and the region, we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to help grow our brand and online business across digital marketing, e-commerce, content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce and other digital channels.
• Manage PopoMama’s e-commerce stores, including product listings, promotions, campaigns and store performance.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Manage and optimise website, landing page and product content to improve user experience, SEO and conversion.
• Monitor marketing and e-commerce performance and turn data and customer insights into practical improvements.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and events.
• Research consumer trends, competitors and new digital opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of website management, SEO, analytics or digital advertising is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and analytical, with the ability to turn ideas into execution.
• Tech-savvy, resourceful and quick to adopt digital, AI and productivity tools to improve execution, efficiency and business results.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Working Details

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 + Allowances

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Employment: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
