Sales Targets & Performance

The Sales Executive will be expected to work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.

Key performance indicators may include:

• Number of motorcycle rental bookings
• Motorcycle rental revenue
• Accessories sales revenue
• Number of new customers acquired
• Customer conversion rate
• Number of customer follow-ups
• Customer retention and repeat bookings
• Monthly sales revenue
• Overall contribution to business growth

Working Schedule

As a part-time position, the working schedule will be based on the company's operational requirements and mutually agreed working hours.

The Sales Executive may be required to work during:

• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Public holidays
• Peak rental periods or promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, motorcycle rental, automotive, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp/social media skills.
• Good knowledge or interest in motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle licence is an advantage.
