We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Cybersecurity Professional to oversee advanced security operations, incident response activities, threat monitoring and detection, vulnerability management, and cloud security assessments. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and end-to-end response for major cybersecurity incidents, including ransomware, data breaches, malware and other high-severity threats.
• Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, containment, recovery and post-incident reviews.
• Conduct threat hunting, security monitoring and threat intelligence analysis.
• Lead vulnerability assessment and remediation across infrastructure, applications, endpoints and cloud environments.
• Support penetration testing, security testing and cloud security assessments across Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365.
• Review security controls, identity/privileged access and overall security posture.
• Support cybersecurity governance, audit and compliance requirements including ISO 27001 and CIS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior security team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Security Operations, Incident Response or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex security incidents and investigations.
• Experience managing vulnerability assessment and remediation programs.
• Experience performing or coordinating cloud security assessments and testing activities.
• Lead POC (Proof of Concept) for new security platform or capability evaluation.
• Strong cross-functional management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficient in Power BI and report presentation.
