KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to KyoChon standards
• Perform food preparation including portioning, brushing, battering, breading and marinating
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labelling and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and tasks assigned by management

SERVICE CREW

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service
• Take orders and recommend menu items
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Ensure service items are properly prepared and stocked
• Work together with the team to provide excellent customer service
