Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Provide professional and effective customer service.
• Achieve individual and team collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the company system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
