PT Hitechmain Solusi Indonesia is expanding its business operations in Malaysia and is looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to join our team.

About Jobsease

Jobsease is our job portal platform designed to connect employers with job seekers and help companies simplify their recruitment process. As a Business Development professional, you will play an important role in growing Jobsease in the Malaysian market by identifying potential companies, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting businesses into Jobsease clients.

Location: Malaysia/Hybrid

Position: Business Development

Start Date: Early September 2026

Competitive salary + commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and acquire new business clients in Malaysia

• Generate and develop B2B leads

• Approach HR teams, business owners, and decision-makers

• Introduce and promote Jobsease to potential clients

• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly sales and company acquisition targets

• Identify opportunities to increase Jobsease adoption and revenue

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in approaching and acquiring new clients

• Target-oriented and results-driven

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Good understanding of the Malaysian business market

• Fluent in English

• Able to work independently and take ownership of sales results
