Responsibilities

• Corporate Strategy Development: Define and continually refine multi-year corporate growth strategies to adapt to shifting market conditions.
• Annual Business Planning: Direct the annual planning process, turning executive vision into actionable, target-driven milestones.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Set and oversee group-wide metrics, delivering executive dashboards to keep leadership informed of organizational progress.
• Gap Analysis & Course Correction: Evaluate performance shortcomings across business units and propose actionable solutions to executive management.
• Transformation & Project Execution: Oversee core strategic projects and drive group-wide change management programs to realization.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Break down functional silos to optimize workflow efficiency and boost overall operational productivity.
• Subsidiary Strategic Harmonization: Align subsidiary operations, growth roadmaps, and business plans with the parent company's broader objectives.
• Subsidiary Oversight: Monitor subsidiary outcomes against agreed goals and promote seamless information exchange across business units.
• Board & Executive Advisory: Produce high-level strategy papers, board decks, and analytical briefings to guide senior leadership decision-making.
• Leadership Alignment Events: Host strategic planning sessions, executive retreats, and company-wide town halls to maintain organizational focus.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Investment, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of corporate strategy, real estate investment, or asset management experience strictly within Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Commercial Property Development, Real Estate Private Equity, or Sovereign/GLIC Real Estate Funds.
• Skilled in preparing strategic papers, market entry feasibility studies, and investment proposals for Board Committees and C-level executives.
