1.      To perform tasks assigned by Factory Manager and Director in line with Company’s goals and objectives.

2.      Report daily unusual activities to Factory Manager & Human Resource Department.

3.      Purchasing material for inventory and non-stock items for customer orders.

4.      Reviewing Purchase orders and sending over to vendors.

5.      Monitoring to make sure orders went through and confirm expected ship dates and updating system.

6.      Resolving errors on purchase orders as required.

7.      Investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non-conformances).

8.      Reviewing open Purchase Orders not issued.

9.      Filing Purchase Orders.

10.  Assisting with cycle counts (inventory).

11.  Reviewing reports for stock outs and expediting open orders.

12.  Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary (applicable for material).

13.  Assisting with stock rotations as needed.

14.  Reviewing line points/ order points for inventory stock levels.
