Your new role

As a Procurement Executive, you are responsible for the following tasks such as,-Manage end-to-end procurement and order fulfilment activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory planning, and customer order execution.
-Coordinate supply and demand forecasting while ensuring inventory availability to support customer delivery commitments.
-Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, contract reviews, and cost optimisation programmes.
-Monitor operational performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, procurement activities, and customer requirements are met.


What you'll need to succeed

-Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-At least 2 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably within the building or construction industry.
-Hands-on experience with SAP and procurement-related systems.
-Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Experienced managing China based suppliers
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (read, write and speak)
