Fiamma Group of Companies' is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bukit Raja, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and coordination of our warehousing operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and the timely delivery of products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring the daily PO Printing, Order & Picking Activities are carried out with daily planning and completion on time.
• Liaise with related parties in order to schedule or expedite picking
• To ensure customer requests, enquiries and complaints are well attended and responded promptly.
• Supervise and monitor the Picking and Replenish team day to day operation issue.
• Take responsibility for and investigate any damage that arises during outbound or operation area by daily basis.
• Ensure zero damage by Operation Team or any other personnel who handle cargo.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of Operation area.
• To ensure optimum operation efficiency reduce over time.
• Randomly must perform truck checking every week.
• Ensure operation team follow SOP at all times during any activity.
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required.

• Relevant experience in a warehousing or logistics coordinator role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for continuous improvement
